1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website astrastudio.fyi and of the games operated by Astra ("we", "our", or "us"), including Royal Solitaire, Classic Solitaire, VIP Solitaire, Tournament Solitaire, City Solitaire, Theatrical Solitaire, and Solitaire Gold (together, the "Games").

By visiting this website or playing any of our Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the Games.

2. Eligibility

Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Games for your own private entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership to you, and it ends automatically if you breach these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the website or the Games, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, leaderboards, or tournament results
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or any software that plays on your behalf
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets of the Games, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
• Access the Games through unauthorised means, or interfere with our servers or networks
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or share, sell, or transfer an account
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players, or post unlawful or offensive content
• Copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute any part of the Games or the website

We may suspend or terminate access to the Games, and remove scores or tournament results, where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

5. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

Some Games include virtual items, coins, or other in-game currency. These are a limited licence to use a feature within the Game. They are not real money, hold no monetary value outside the Game, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out. Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by law or by the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made.

We may change, limit, or remove virtual items at any time, and virtual items are forfeited if your access to a Game is terminated for breach of these Terms or if the Game is discontinued.

6. Intellectual Property

The Games, this website, and all of their content — including software, card and board designs, artwork, animation, sound, music, text, and the Astra name and logo — are owned by Astra or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal use. You may not frame our pages or otherwise alter their visual presentation without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Some of our Games are distributed through the Facebook platform, operated by Meta Platforms. When you play there, that platform's own terms and policies apply to you in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of any third-party platform, and changes a platform makes may affect the Games we can offer there.

8. Availability and Changes to the Games

We do not guarantee that the website or any Game will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Game, feature, or part of the website at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; the revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and continued use means you accept it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and the Games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information on this website is complete or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the website or the Games. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Astra harmless from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or the Games.

12. Termination

You may stop using the website and the Games at any time, and may request deletion of your data through our data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a Game. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where the law of your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
