Your Right to Delete Your Data

Astra respects your right to control your personal data. You can ask us to delete everything associated with your game account at any time, for any reason, and at no cost.

What We Store

We keep only what our games need in order to work:

  • Game progress — scores, statistics, saved game states, and tournament results
  • Preferences — themes, card backs, sound and difficulty settings
  • Facebook or platform ID — only if you played through Facebook or signed in with it
  • Technical logs — browser, device type, and approximate country, kept for up to 90 days

We do not store payment card details, postal addresses, or phone numbers, and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email hello@astrastudio.fyi with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Tell us which account to delete. Include whichever of these you have:
    • The game or games you played
    • Your in-game name
    • The Facebook account you played with, if applicable
    • Any email address linked to the account
  3. We confirm receipt within 48 hours.

Deletion Timeline

We delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days of a verified request, and email you when it is done. Deletion is permanent — game progress, scores, and virtual items cannot be recovered afterwards.

Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you — such as total games played across all players — may be retained.

If You Played on Facebook

You can also revoke our access to your Facebook data directly:

  1. Open Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Select Apps and Websites
  3. Find the game and choose Remove

Removing the app stops any further access to your Facebook data, but it does not delete the data already stored on our servers. To have that removed as well, email us as described above.
