1. Introduction

Astra ("we", "our", or "us") is a game studio. We develop and operate a collection of solitaire games — Royal Solitaire, Classic Solitaire, VIP Solitaire, Tournament Solitaire, City Solitaire, Theatrical Solitaire, and Solitaire Gold — playable on the web and on the Facebook platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit astrastudio.fyi or play our games, how we use it, and what control you have over it. It applies to our website and to all of our games.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to run and improve our games:

• Gameplay data: game progress, scores, statistics, levels completed, tournament results, and in-game preferences such as card backs and themes
• Device and technical data: browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, language, time zone, and referring page
• Approximate location: country and region derived from your IP address — we do not collect GPS or precise location
• Facebook account data (only if you play on Facebook or sign in with Facebook): your Facebook user ID, name, and profile picture, as provided to us by Meta under the permissions you grant

We do not ask for or collect your postal address, telephone number, date of birth, or payment card details. We do not require you to create an account with us to play.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To run the games and save your progress between sessions
• To display leaderboards and run tournaments
• To keep your progress consistent when you play the same game on more than one device
• To detect and prevent cheating, abuse, and fraud
• To understand which parts of our games are used and to fix problems

4. Playing on the Facebook Platform

Several of our games run inside Facebook. When you play there, Meta Platforms operates the surrounding platform and its own privacy policy applies to your use of Facebook itself, alongside this policy. We receive from Meta only the limited profile data you authorise, and we use it solely to identify your game account, save your progress, and show you on leaderboards among your friends.

You can review and revoke our access at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. Revoking access does not automatically delete data we already hold — to remove it, use our data deletion request page.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our games use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your settings, and to save your game state. We also use a small amount of analytics data to understand aggregate usage. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; if you do, game progress may not be saved between sessions.

This website (astrastudio.fyi) is a static marketing page. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it with data brokers. We use a small number of service providers — hosting, content delivery, and error monitoring — who process data only on our instructions and are contractually bound to confidentiality.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our players, or the safety of others.

7. Data Retention

We keep gameplay data for as long as your game account is active. If an account is inactive for 24 months, we delete or anonymise the data associated with it. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely. Log data is retained for no more than 90 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We honour these requests from all players, wherever they are:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your data — see our data deletion page
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (running the game you asked to play), our legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, product improvement), and your consent where required.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Children's Privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to create game accounts.

We do not ask children for personal information as a condition of playing, we do not serve behavioural or interest-based advertising to children, and we do not enable children to publish personal information publicly.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we delete that information from our systems promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@astrastudio.fyi and we will delete it and close the associated account. You may also ask us to review what information we hold about your child, and refuse any further collection or use of it.

10. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take the responsibility seriously and act quickly on any issue we discover.

11. International Transfers

Our games and servers are operated from facilities in the United States and Europe. If you play from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in those locations, under safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

12. Links to Other Sites

Our website and games may link to sites we do not operate, including Facebook. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced in the games themselves before they take effect.
